An exciting opportunity to acquire embryos that combine the best of the best of the immortal SAV Blackcap May and the Coleman Donna families.

SAV Blackcap May 4520, a daughter of the legendary SAV Blackcap May 5530 and a flush sister to SAV Regard, was identified as a must have donor cow in the Fall of 2022. 4520 spent the early part of her life proving it the old-fashioned way of raising bulls for commercial cattlemen in NE Oklahoma. After reviewing her pedigree (SAV Resource x SAV Blackcap May 5530), production record (WW 4 @ 106) and studying multiple progeny, we determined it was time for her to make a much larger impact on the commercial herds of NE Oklahoma.

Her first set of embryo progeny were weaned this fall and exhibit top of the line muscle, power and internal dimension. We have numerous progeny expected in 2025 with a large bank of embryos set to go in next year. SAV Blackcap May 4520 is the cornerstone donor of our program and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.

Her legendary Pathfinder dam, SAV Blackcap May 5530, reigns among the five top income producing cows in Schaff Angus Valley history with $2.1 million in receipts on 117 progeny in past S A V sales and 31 daughters retained in the SAV herd.
Flush brothers to 4520 include the $180,000 SAV Regard 4863 at Genex, the $67,500 SAV Robust 4858 at ST Genetics and the $55,000 SAV Rematch 4860.

Flush sister, SAV Blackcap May 4574 was the leadoff, front cover feature, high selling bred cow in the 2022 SAV Sale for $32,500 to Crossroads Cattle Co (TN) and Scott Angus Cattle (NE) where she serves as a headliner donor.

Coleman Resource 708 is a true "Cattleman's Kind" of Angus bull.  He is loaded with muscle, and dimension, along with tremendous body, and perfect feet, and comes at you in an eye appealing package.  Coleman Resource 708 has done it the old-fashioned way, in the breeding pasture. His daughters have beautiful udders, perfect feet, and wean off heavy calves.

He is by the Pathfinder Sire who has carried on the Rito linage and back to a daughter of Coleman Manning 0299 and back to the $93,000 valued past top-selling Coleman Donna 005.  He is a great grandson of the $200,000 valued Coleman Donna 386.
